Warren Gendel

An ambitious and versatile leader who started his first company immediately out of college using strong entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills to develop a multi-million dollar business, Warren went on to launch and oversee the expansion of another company that has emerged as a highly-acclaimed, global enterprise.

With over 20 years of successful executive management and business development experience in the health and fitness industry, Warren is a collaborative leader who champions employee satisfaction by staying focused on training and development. He is a visionary entrepreneur with a track record of growing businesses by identifying unique and under-served markets.

Warren prides himself on being a team builder who is able to rally teams around executable and exciting visions for success. Among his accomplishments are the pioneering of one of the fastest-growing and nationally-acclaimed healthy lifestyle centers just for kids, as well as founding a company that provided customized and personalized fitness systems to individuals and large organizations across the Western US.

Warren has a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University.

My father was a competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer throughout my childhood.  My living room was literally a weight room!  

I was a multi-sport athlete throughout my high school years, started out as a personal trainer throughout my teens, 20's and early 30's.  Graduated from San Diego State University, 2009 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, Emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition and Health .  Throughout that time I had the opportunity to learn from professors, professional sport coaches, elite strength & conditioning specialists, which I later utilized to the best of my abilities to launch and manage a fitness franchise, family start-up gym and youth speed program in my hometown of Tracy, Ca. to managing fitness departments for corporate health clubs, and was an NFL Strength & Conditioning Coach for 6 seasons.  Coached athletes such as James Jones, WR GB Packers, Jeremy Ross WR/PR GB Packers, Matthew Overton, LS Indianapolis Colts, and many more.

 

Today I am a Fitness Consultant for Well-Fit, LLC. the Bay Area's Leader in Health & Wellness Innovation and build all types of fitness experiences for Opti-Fit Fitness Solutions from concept to completion.

 

I specialize in creating unique and motivating fitness experiences where people live, work and play.  With my many years of experience and education in the health & fitness space it has allowed me a broad perspective on what's needed most in this world.  And that's a sound mind, body and soul so strong it can withstand any earthquake, speed pump, or challenge.  No matter the size.  

 

I primarily focus on managing and consulting for small fitness business owners, international corporations, multi-housing developers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs looking to build and operate successful businesses and fitness facilities.

Dr. Brad Jacobs

Brad Jacobs MD MPH ABIHM is a recognized leader in nutrition and fitness, Integrative Medicine, and corporate health.

For the past 10 years, Dr Jacobs has been leading executive health and corporate health workshops. A sampling of his clients includes Google, PepsiCo, Gap Inc., Lilly Pharmaceuticals, PG&E, Stanford Business School Beacon Program, Harvard Business School Executive Education program, and UCSF and Stanford medical schools. He is founding Chair of the Medical Advisory Board for Pharmaca Inc. and a Director for consumer engagement for the non-profit Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.

Dr Jacobs maintains a private medical practice with 3 offices located San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Sausalito (Cavallo Point Lodge - an 80 acre resort property located under the Golden Gate Bridge within the Marin Headlands and Golden Gate National Recreation Area). The medical practice is an integrative holistic medicine primary care and second opinion practice rooted in providing committed individuals comprehensive, personalized, and technology-enabled healthcare. This approach utilizes the best of conventional, genomic, lifestyle, and alternative medical practices to help patients achieve meaningful and lifelong improvements in health and well-being.

He has served as Endowed Professor and Founding Medical Director for the UC-San Francisco Osher Center for Integrative Medicine Clinical Programs where he also taught as an Assistant Professor. Previously, he was co-founder and SVP Clinical Affairs at Mytrus Inc. and served as Senior Medical Director at Revolution Health Networks.

Dr Jacobs has published peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and is senior editor of “The American College of Physicians Evidence-Based Guide to Complementary and Alternative Medicine” - ACP Press 2009, and co-author of the Anti-Inflammation Cookbook with Amanda Haas- Chronicle Books 2016 (in press).

Dr. Jacobs is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine (ABIHM). He graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine, and received post-graduate training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, fitness, stress management, yoga and martial arts.

Dr Jacobs is married with 2 children and lives in Mill Valley, California. He enjoys backcountry skiing, cycling and surfing, and is a lifelong student of martial arts and yoga.

Trainer

Stephanie danced from the age of 2 and started teaching Step classes and personal training at 15 and she never looked back! Turning from a dancer to a fitness professional was a seamless transition and it opened Stephanie up to a world of helping others that fed her soul. Teaching classes is still her passion but she loves one-on-one training to get people to their best.

 

With the personal struggles she has faced in her life, from battling her weight as a teen to losing weight after having a baby at 45, and her 30 plus years of experience Stephanie has seen it ALL! She has a real life, long term approach to what she teaches and comes from a caring and honest place.

Vivek Sharma

Yoga

Vivek Sharma, founder of Yogi Onsite is an experienced teacher (RYT 500, YACEP) as well as a life-long student of Yoga. He started his yoga journey as a child growing up in the foothills of the Himalayas, learning chanting, yogic principles and spiritual teachings from his grandfather. Apart from deepening his yoga practice, he also worked with rural Himalayan communities on issues of sustainability and economic empowerment. His yoga journey brought him to California, where he currently resides and teaches Hatha Yoga classes and chanting in the community, and at local schools and businesses.

Vivek’s philosophy is not to teach, but to share his passion and knowledge of yoga. His approach to yoga is to focus on building students’ sensitivity, strength and mental clarity through creating an awareness of one's breathing and movement. His aim is to weave this timeless wisdom and practice into our hectic modern lifestyles in order to bring balance, strength and flexibility--of mind, body and soul.

Trainer

Jeremy uses his knowledge he acquired as a 2x professional men's physique athlete and certified nutrition coach to help his athletes and clients learn how to optimize their body composition and aesthetics. This, however, is just one piece of the puzzle. In order to ensure clients are operating at top levels, Jeremy empowers them through his strength and conditioning knowledge by utilizing a “movement not muscles” based system of how to train the body for optimized performance and a decreased risk of injury.  

 

Having experience working with clients of all levels, from youth and adult, to billionaires and professional athletes, he views health and human performance as four pillars: Mindset, Training, Nutrition, and Recovery. His enthusiasm for coaching within this framework shines through in his ability to teach concepts in a fun and easy to understand tone.
