Brad Jacobs MD MPH ABIHM is a recognized leader in nutrition and fitness, Integrative Medicine, and corporate health.
For the past 10 years, Dr Jacobs has been leading executive health and corporate health workshops. A sampling of his clients includes Google, PepsiCo, Gap Inc., Lilly Pharmaceuticals, PG&E, Stanford Business School Beacon Program, Harvard Business School Executive Education program, and UCSF and Stanford medical schools. He is founding Chair of the Medical Advisory Board for Pharmaca Inc. and a Director for consumer engagement for the non-profit Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine.
Dr Jacobs maintains a private medical practice with 3 offices located San Francisco, Palo Alto, and Sausalito (Cavallo Point Lodge - an 80 acre resort property located under the Golden Gate Bridge within the Marin Headlands and Golden Gate National Recreation Area). The medical practice is an integrative holistic medicine primary care and second opinion practice rooted in providing committed individuals comprehensive, personalized, and technology-enabled healthcare. This approach utilizes the best of conventional, genomic, lifestyle, and alternative medical practices to help patients achieve meaningful and lifelong improvements in health and well-being.
He has served as Endowed Professor and Founding Medical Director for the UC-San Francisco Osher Center for Integrative Medicine Clinical Programs where he also taught as an Assistant Professor. Previously, he was co-founder and SVP Clinical Affairs at Mytrus Inc. and served as Senior Medical Director at Revolution Health Networks.
Dr Jacobs has published peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and is senior editor of “The American College of Physicians Evidence-Based Guide to Complementary and Alternative Medicine” - ACP Press 2009, and co-author of the Anti-Inflammation Cookbook with Amanda Haas- Chronicle Books 2016 (in press).
Dr. Jacobs is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine (ABIHM). He graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine, and received post-graduate training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, fitness, stress management, yoga and martial arts.
Dr Jacobs is married with 2 children and lives in Mill Valley, California. He enjoys backcountry skiing, cycling and surfing, and is a lifelong student of martial arts and yoga.

Vivek Sharma, founder of Yogi Onsite is an experienced teacher (RYT 500, YACEP) as well as a life-long student of Yoga. He started his yoga journey as a child growing up in the foothills of the Himalayas, learning chanting, yogic principles and spiritual teachings from his grandfather. Apart from deepening his yoga practice, he also worked with rural Himalayan communities on issues of sustainability and economic empowerment. His yoga journey brought him to California, where he currently resides and teaches Hatha Yoga classes and chanting in the community, and at local schools and businesses.

Jeremy uses his knowledge he acquired as a 2x professional men's physique athlete and certified nutrition coach to help his athletes and clients learn how to optimize their body composition and aesthetics. Also a Pilates/yoga/Animal Flow/barre instructor and college soccer coach, Patrick’s specialties are proprioception (body awareness), bodyweight training, kettlebells, and fitness for 55+.
Melanie studied health and nutrition at the University of Hawaii. Rather than going the conventional route, she focused her studies on Nutritional Anthropology in order to apprehend how different cultures experience health and longevity through diet and lifestyle. Mel came to understand that there are many different ways to eat for health. Her goal is to help clients find what works for them! As a Holistic Nutritionist, Mel believes that nutrition not only comes through the food we eat but also through our perceptions, relationships, beliefs and surroundings.
