First off, I’d like to say thank you. Thank you for joining us on the first season of the Health Before Fitness podcast. This is going to be the last episode of Season 1. I know, I'm bummed too!

We've had so much fun interviewing the brilliant minds of Season 1, and having them share their knowledge and message with you. I know I learned a lot, I hope you did too.

Season 2 will be even better, just wait!

But, we're not done yet. This final episode today is all about Motivation. From, the definitions of it, to the misunderstandings about it, to the action steps keeping your gas tank full of it!

Over the last 22+ years of working with people like yourself, it's become quite common that people rely on Motivation to always be there. If they don't have it, they decide not to do anything about getting more of it. Or, maybe they just don't know where to look?

Motivation comes and goes. Sometimes you have more of it than others. But, where you look and how you go about getting it can make all the difference in your results!

I thought this was the perfect episode topic to end with as we all need clarity, motivation, and direction right now.
