Well-Fit workouts can be scaled to suit all fitness levels – so whether you’re ultra-fit or a fresh-faced beginner, you’ll find these classes both physically and mentally energizing and rewarding.

The liberal workout features lunges, squats, obstacle courses, battle and jump ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX and other activities that challenge all muscle groups and cardiovascular fitness. The high-intensity interval training incorporates the full range of fundamental and functional movements, including pushing, pulling, pressing, squatting, jumping and running. Classes not only build strength and stamina, but balance, flexibility, mobility, power, speed and more.

The most outstanding perk of this membership is the Cavallo Spa facilities – private showers, lockers, hot tub, sauna, steam room – are available to Well-Fit participants. Spa use is Monday to Friday ONLY. One hour time limit, unless spa package is purchased.
